A Seat at the Table: Building a Diverse and Inclusive Food System

A local, green, and fair food system is one where the community has access to affordable, nutritious, culturally relevant, and sustainable food, and is empowered to influence the food landscape.
Join the Sustainable Business Network of Massachusetts (SBN) for a roundtable discussion as a part of Eat Local Month. Practitioners and community leaders engaged in community food security in the Boston area’s food system will discuss how we can work towards this vision for a food system, ensuring that it is diverse and inclusive for all.
In addition to the roundtable discussion, there will be plenty of time for a thoughtful discussion engaging the speakers and attendees on what is currently being done in the food system and how we can accomplish our goals for the future.
