Every Tuesday, Branchfood will host a well-known entrepreneur to tell the story of how they launched a successful food enterprise.

This is a recurring series debuting October 20 with this Mystery Speaker and ending December 1. Speakers will discuss early challenges of launching a food biz, where they focused their hustle, how they found capital and investors, and how they marketed and branded their product.

You may have guessed Mystery Speaker #1 right away, but Mystery Speaker #2 will not be so easy. Here are a few clues.

• This self-proclaimed “Chief Chocothlete” founded this nutrition/performance snack company in 2010.
• The snack is dairy-free, gluten-free, organic, and packs a superfood punch, which is “perfect” for the athlete on the go.
• A successful 2012 Indiegogo campaign provided the funding for two new flavors: chia seed and espresso.
• Now the snack can be found in every Whole Foods store in Massachusetts, as well as many natural grocery stores around the state.

Mystery speakers will be revealed the day of the event.
